  Ensure the product is disassembled and securely packed in its original boxes, including all hardware and assembly manuals.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup for your large outdoor equipment at a convenient time.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
